I value my time and yours, therefore I adhere to a cancellation and no show policy.
All online reservations require a credit card on file to hold your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will be charged for 75% of the time scheduled.
Failure to honor an appointment without any notice will result in a 100% charge.
If you are feeling ill on the morning of your appointment, please let me know and I will accommodate and reschedule without a fee.
Refunds
I want every guest to leave loving their service. I know you work hard for the money and I respect that. If you are not completely satisfied, please let me know ASAP and it will be modified within 14 days of the service.
Each scenario is unique and I'll do my best to come up with a solution you will be happy with. Please note, complimentary services are not offered as a result of change of mind or direction with haircut or color.
